What is group buying?

Group buying, also known as collective buying offers product at a discounted price on the condition that a minimum amount of product will be purchase by the group. This group buys often result in better offer for individual buyer and as a group together.

How can I enjoy the discount offer on products?

To enjoy 10% discount offer on our products, a minimum purchase of N100,000  must be made, this can be done by inviting others to purchase in bulk jointly. The products can be organized by family and friends, it will be deliver to the group representative. 

Where is my order?

If we are delivering your order to home address or office, we will let you know  through email once it has been dispatched. You can also track your delivery in your account. If your order has not arrive on the expected date, Please contact us, we will tract it down for you

How long will it take to deliver my order ?

It takes 5 days for order delivery, sometimes less than that. If you do not receive your order after stipulated date, please contact our customers service via email, info@dattire.com or enquiries@dattire.com

How do I change my named day delivery date ?

If your order is recent and you need to change your delivery date, call us on 002348123281884 ( Line opens 8am – 8pm every day)

Please note, we will be unable to change your delivery date if your order has already been dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order ?

Your delivery address can be change from your account to any alternate address in it or click button next to delivery address. On change delivery address page, select add a new address.
