1.Definitions

2.1 These Conditions shall apply to all Contracts for the sale of Goods by us to you by email, telephone or through our website to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions which you may purport to apply under any purchase order, and no variation of these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by us and attached hereto. These Conditions set out the entire agreement to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. 2.2 Our employees or agents are not authorized to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by us in writing. In entering into a Contract you acknowledge that you do not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed.2.4 All specifications, drawings and particulars of prices, weights, dimensions and performance issued by us are approximate only and are not intended to form the basis of any Contract.
3. Orders of Goods
3.1 All orders are subject to availability and it is on first come first serve basis, as it can not be reserve. All goods remain the property of Dattire Fashion until it is paid for in full. Your order is not deemed accepted by us until we send you an order confirmation email. 3.2 We can not cancel any order, the moment it has been dispatched.
4. Returns
4.1 Returns are not accepted except on rare occasion of faulty or incorrect goods that is made by our error. This must be made known to us within 2 days of delivery by email or telephone. We must give you authorisation prior to returning goods otherwise the delivery will be refused.
5. Use of this website
5.1 You may not, without our prior written consent, copy, reproduce, crawl, frame, republish, download, print, post, distribute, re-post, broadcast, record, transmit, edit, communicate to the public, link to, deep-link into, or distribute in any way the web pages or materials on the website or the computer codes or elements comprising the Website other than solely for your own personal or internal business use.
